Raze Permit
Description A raze permit, also known as a demolition permit, allows a property owner to demolish an existing building, in whole or in part, on their property. An approval ensures (1) utilties are properly disconnected, (2) the debris is removed from the property, (3) the site is restored to an acceptable condition after demolition, and (4) the owner complies with all rules and regulations relating to any materials with lead, asbestos, or other hazardous substances.
